To use integrations, you must have the Quo Desktop app installed.
Quo integrations bring your phone communications together with the rest of your stack. Depending on the integration, you can sync contacts, log calls and messages to your CRM, send notifications to your team, automate repetitive tasks, and even manage conversations from an AI assistant. Most integrations are set up per phone number or per workspace by an Owner or Admin. Availability and permissions vary by integration, so check the requirements on each integration’s page before you start.
Plan and permission requirements differ by integration. Many require a Business or Scale plan and a workspace Owner or Admin role. Each integration’s page lists its exact requirements.
