* Workspace owner or admin access in Quo
* Desktop or web version of Quo for submitting the port request

## Timeline and expectations

* **Processing time**: Vonage ports typically complete within 1-2 weeks
* **Service continuity**: Your Vonage numbers will continue working until the port completes
* **Completion notice**: You'll receive email confirmation when your numbers are active in Quo

<Tip>
  Do not cancel your Vonage service until the port is complete. Canceling early will make your numbers unportable and could result in losing them permanently.
</Tip>

## Vonage-specific considerations

### Business vs. Residential accounts

* **Business accounts**: May require additional authorization or business documentation
* **Residential accounts**: Standard porting information is typically sufficient

### Bundled services

* If your Vonage number is part of a bundle (internet, TV, phone), porting may affect your bundle pricing
* Contact Vonage to understand any contract implications before porting
