# Overview

> Integrations Connect Quo to the tools your team already uses, from CRMs and automation platforms to AI assistants and your own applications.

Quo integrations bring your phone communications together with the rest of your stack. Depending on the integration, you can sync contacts, log calls and messages to your CRM, send notifications to your team, automate repetitive tasks, and even manage conversations from an AI assistant.

Most integrations are set up per phone number or per workspace by an Owner or Admin. Availability and permissions vary by integration, so check the requirements on each integration's page before you start.

  <Accordion title="Do I need admin permissions to set up an integration?">
    Most integrations require a Quo workspace **Owner or Admin role** to connect and configure. Some also require admin permissions in the connected app, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

    Messages sent through the API, Zapier, Make, and Clay are billed per segment from your prepaid Voice and Messaging Balance, including US and Canada messages that are free when sent from the Quo app.
