  ## Build cleaner call flows with the Go-to Step feature

  We're releasing an improvement to the **Call Flow Builder** that lets you connect one part of the menu to another step anywhere in the menu — eliminating duplicate steps and streamlining your call flow setup.

  With the ability to connect a step in one branch of a workflow to a step in another branch, you can do things such as share voicemails across different hours or direct multiple menu options to the same ring group. This makes your flows cleaner, faster to build, and easier to manage.

  * **Repeat shared steps across business hours** — e.g., use the same phone menu or voicemail, including Sona, after hours without rebuilding it.

  * **Create a multi-level phone menu experience** — e.g., option 3 in a phone menu can go to the same submenu used in option 2.

  * **Clean up messy call flows** — point multiple fallback paths to a central voicemail or ring group.

  The new **Go-to Step** feature in Call Flow Builder simplifies and speeds up your call flow setup.

  ## Build smart call routing with multi-level phone menus

  No one likes sitting through a list of 10 menu options when they call someone. **Multi-level phone menus** let you create layered, interactive menus that help callers get to the right destination, fast.

  <img src="https://mintcdn.com/resource-center/2a-DcrCFycK3s56W/images/962-7caf2913dae8c926bc2da330a67ccc95cfaa0a17.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=2a-DcrCFycK3s56W&q=85&s=c49b10e3d905aa84806cdee908b1bcd2" alt="Multilevel.png" width="1120" height="749" data-path="images/962-7caf2913dae8c926bc2da330a67ccc95cfaa0a17.png" />

  Whether they need sales, support, or a specific team member, callers can reach their destination without requiring a human receptionist or navigating through a long list of options.

  Create sophisticated call flows with features like:

  * Nested menus (e.g., "Press 1 for Sales → Press 2 for East Coast Team")

  * Department or team selection

  * Language preferences

  * Location-based routing

  * Business hours or availability-based flows

  Each menu option can route to another menu, person, group, or even Sona — giving you complete control over the caller experience.

  Available on the Business and Scale plans.
