  * **Smarter pronunciation:** Sona now handles common formats—like phone numbers and dollar amounts—more gracefully, improving clarity and reducing mispronunciations.

  * **Improved name confirmation:** When spelling out names, Sona will now recite one letter at a time to avoid slurred or rushed speech.

  * **More natural message-taking:** We’ve refined the conversation flow when Sona takes a message, making it feel more fluid and human-like.
