  We've made key improvements to speed, efficiency, and resilience, ensuring a better experience for everyone. Conversations now load twice as fast, system performance is more efficient than ever, and we're building even better support for large-scale operations. Here’s what’s new:

  * **Faster load times:** Loading activities and conversations is now twice as fast.

  * **Reduced CPU usage:** Peak-hour CPU usage has been cut in half, dropping from 70% to \~40%, increasing system efficiency.

  * **Improved resilience:** The system is now more robust against traffic spikes and minor outages, ensuring smoother operations when users reconnect to the platform.

  * **Enhanced support for large conversation volume:** Improvements for customers with thousands of conversations are in progress and will be rolled out soon.
