See who said what 👩🏼‍💻** No more guessing who said what - every message clearly shows the team member who sent it. Who said what.png

**2. See who's typing 💬** There's nothing worse than having two people send customer different messages (oops!) You can now see when one of your colleagues is typing so you know they've got it covered. Someone is typing.png

**3. See who has the conversation open 👀** Is your team member looking at a conversation thread and deciding what to answer? You'll be able to tell! Conversation active.png

You'll even know if they're actively in the thread or looking things up in another window. Conversation not active.png
