  We've been working on some major improvements to the web app behind the scenes and are excited to finally share them with you.

  **✨ Custom properties on contacts**

  You can now add useful fields to contacts like their address and website. Even better - add custom properties.

  For example, tag contacts to have full context when communicating with them. You can create and use tags like `Customer` `Prospect` `Investor` `VIP`

  Or add the date of your next appointment. The possibilities are endless.

  **👥 Shared contacts**

  You can now share an OpenPhone contact with your whole company, team or specific individuals. When someone makes a change, everyone gets updated info right away.

  **📮 Filter your inbox by phone number**

  Have multiple numbers on OpenPhone? You can filter your inbox by each of them. It's also equipped for shared phone numbers. This way, your private and shared numbers are separate.

  **🖼 Picture messaging**

  Want to send a product image or a screenshot? You can do it right from the web app. Drag & drop, copy & paste or upload a file. Whatever you prefer.

  **Bug fixes 🐛**

  We've also fixed some bugs.

  * Audio player for voicemail is now much nicer

  * Fixed the bug where you couldn't block a contact
